How in the world is it already February?? I don’t know if its just me but this year is already starting to fly by and I am not really loving it…I only get to spend half of this year with my husband so Im trying to savor every stinkin minute we have together and not loving the fact time is FLYING by :(
BUT on a good note, today was another scorcher(sorta sarcastic) in Arkansas…it was a whoppin 75 degrees!! Seriously Im sorry but as a born and raised Oregonian I still cannot get over this 70 something degree weather in January!
Todays workout was done with my husband and consisted of 15 min on the ellipitical and 10 minute on the treadmill warm up. We focused on chest and biceps, our workout looked something like this..
Chest Press: 3 x 12
Incline dumbell press(different angles) 2 x 12
Cable flys(3 different angle variations)
Cable bicep curls(3 different angle variations)
This was an amazing upper arm workout and definitely left my biceps and chest soooooore!
I also wanted to share this amazing recipe I copied from Angela Liddon over at Oh she glows,Oatmeal Bars….these on the glow oatmeal bars were AMAZING and totally gluten and dairy free.
